The family unit is a warm suite with two bedrooms, a kitchen and full bathroom. The lounge has a table and chairs and couches, and a flatscreen TV. WiFi is available in the unit.

One bedroom has a Queen sized bed, the other a Single bed.  Most of the time our guests need extra bedding so there are two other single beds in the lounge.

The rooms are double glazed and have heat pumps to keep you warm on those chilly Waikato mornings.

The kitchen has a full refridgerator, stove and oven, microwave and kettle so is fully self-sufficient. There is plenty of carparking on site.
