Arrivals and Departures

Check-in at Mystery Creek Motel is from 14:00, and check-out is until 10:00.

However often we can do an earlier check in if we know before-hand so just send us a message so we can organise that for you.

Please inform Mystery Creek Motel in advance of your expected arrival time.

A damage deposit of NZD $200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

NOTE: Entry to the property will be closed between the hours of 21:00 and 06:00

Bookings and Changes

You can usually change room types by editing your booking (if you made it online) or by calling us direct to see if there are any rooms available. We are always happy to help if we can.

Can I make a booking without you asking me a credit card? Yes, you can. Just call us!

Children and Beds

Children of any age are welcome.

Persons aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

There is no capacity for cots at this property. Please bring your own travel cot for your child.

There is no capacity for extra beds at this property. Please book a room with multiple beds. We do have family units but if you are only seeking a small room with two or three beds give us a call so we can help you.

There is no age requirement for check-in.

Pets are not allowed.
